About Hollister Job Interview?

I jus got hired at hollister and your outfit sounds good. One question they always ask is what does diversity mean to you and why is it important in the work place. A good answer would be : diversity to me means a mixture of people from different backrounds coming together as one and it is important in the work place because with a variety of people it makes it easier to reach out to customers and make them feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the store. They also ask for you to describe hollister style. Good answer is a casual beach type of style reaching out mainly to teens. You will have to describe qualities of yourself and what your friends think of you. Also they might as you to greet them with a tagline as if they were a customer walking in. They will give you the tagline. Mines was simple it was, hey how you doing ? Hope this helps. Btw smile and try not to be nervous.
