Scary question about last night?

one night iwas sleeping then suddenly someone tug of my bed so i woke up and no one was there so iwent to take a drink of water of course turn on the lights then suddenly it went off so i ran back upstairs and went to my bed covering me then suddenly this tug pull of my blanket away iwas so scared then i pull it back and tuck my head over the blanket next thing iknew was this powerful big tug pulling me over the ground and i saw a deformed face right next to me i scream hellish bad and it woke up my parents and they ask me whats wrong so itold them and they dont believe me so am i having mental problems or am i being haunted ineed a serious answer
