Is it ok to be an atheist with a reincarnation theory?

I think all of the ignorant people get reincarnated over and over again to suffer in the hellish material dimension until they evolve into higher spiritual beings... Could be why the world is heating up and getting crowded too.... eventually we enlightened ones will leave the polluted earth behind to all the religious slaves and their master god/satan who's really just their conniving authorities that dictate and play god with their lives..
