Drink more water. It just sounds like you have stool hardened inside you. You probably need more fiber too. Try magnesium citrate to clean you out. After that drink lots of water If it doesn't work go to a doctor. And also, never take expired medince, it normally won't hurt you but in my opinion i don't think it works good after it expires.
