What to wear sailing in warm weather?

I'm going to be dingy sailing in Mallorca over the summer in pretty hot weather (30 degrees +) and I dont know what to wear? In Scotland its freezing and I have to wear a skin and a wetsuit and a windcheater and everything plus a buoyancy aid and wet boots but obviously all that won't be needed in Mallorca, so what do I wear?? Will shorts, a bikini, a buoyancy aid and flip flops do? Or will I still need to wear a windcheater etc? I want to get a tan haha!
