Can god not inforce his own rules?

It seems that the religious nuts who stain my conservative ideals, argue that god doesn't want gays to marry, that they're an abomination. If that's true, why don't you let god strike them with a bolt of lightening instead of ostracizing them yourself? Does it truly hurt you that much when someone else does something that you perceive as a sin? At least stop claiming to be conservative, because true Conservatives don't think like that. A real conservative doesn't want to decide what someone else can or can't do unless it hurts them directly. GET OUT OF MY PARTY! YOU ARE MAKING ME LOOK BAD!
